Shipping Policy

Bebambo only supplies business customers. We ship orders to addresses throughout Europe.

Shipping costs

• Orders from €500: free shipping

• Orders under €500: €39 shipping costs

The shipping costs are automatically added to your order.

Delivery

As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email. The delivery time depends on availability, the order quantity, and the destination country.

Do you need your order by a certain date? Please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to see what is feasible.

Delivery outside the European Union

For European countries outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply. These costs are not included and are borne by the customer.

Check your delivery address

Check your company and delivery details carefully before ordering. Do you still want to change the delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is on its way, we may no longer be able to change the address.

Damaged or incomplete delivery

Is your order damaged or is something missing? Email us your order number and some clear photos as soon as possible. We will work together to find a suitable solution.
